The company was founded by Larry Johnson and Wendellar Johnson and thrives on affordability and convenience for its customers. LJ’z Backyard Bayou catering, offers customized and flavorful pan size food options based on Cajun+Creole and Southern cuisines, on/off-site catering for private and corporate events, catered backyard parties, Cajun boils, Pig roasting, and daily breakfast and lunch meals.
LJ’z Backyard Bayou offers a cozy and homey-feel venue to host all your private events, including office luncheons and meetup group meetings. Services that LJ's does not specialize in, will find the right professional for your occasion and manage the project. Whether it is finding a DJ, decorator, entertainer, or caterer for your event, we can assist. Our team consists of military veterans that specialize in attention-to-detail and have excessive training in project management, human resources, and foodservice.
