Welcome and thank you for taking time out today Jonathan Hard. Give our listeners, the background on H2L Solutions. H2L Solutions is a HUBZone and Service Disabled Veteran cybersecurity company based here in Huntsville, Alabama. Jonathan has been involved in information technology and security professional since 2008. Based here in Huntsville Alabama. What other locations do you provide service? 

Awarded the “Inc 5000 2021” as one of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies. You ranked #2,278 and the only Alabama-based “Security” firm to be recognized.  

When you started H2L Solutions, did you have a vision of the company goals? You have invited several interns to come and work at your company. Why is that important to do this? 

What are the biggest challenges you see in Cyber Security? Do we share too much information online? What do we do if we are a small business that doesn’t have internal resources? What should we do to protect our data? Have you ever told a client no?

You are known in our community with LinkedIn, you have a huge following on your account. How did you grow this business-to-business connection? Did it change how you connected with others in the industry? You are easily recognized but also, you have a way of just taking over the room. Have you always been a guy with confidence? Is it easy to step into this role of speaking in front of people, or did you practice? Some people can’t just stand up and start speaking. 

You have a love to give back to the local community and businesses and I want to mention, you are still serving in the military. Thank you for serving! What made you decide to make this commitment? How do you balance the entrepreneur lifestyle and fatherhood?

Do you feel it’s important to be a role model today? Did you have a role model? What do you want your children to learn from you? Are you more aware of the online threats and do you become more of a protective parent? Would you allow your child to be online or have a social media account?

What information do we need to share with other parents when it comes to protecting our children using technology?
