Welcome and thank you for taking time out today Karla Bunge. 

Entrepreneur, Single Mom, Immigrant - Title and how it represents you. “The Strength within Us”. You never know one story until it’s time to share it. 

Give our listeners an intro to Charlotte’s Chi and how you help your clients. What makes this business Unique?

History: Immigrated to the country at the age of 7 yrs. Talk about your experience? 


I was born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua. Immigrated to this country when I was 7yrs old. Have been blessed to enjoy the opportunities afforded to me by this great country. 

Who was your inspiration when you grew up? 

Charlotte’s Chi was born 14yrs ago when I learned of the pregnancy of my daughter. 

When did you start your business? 
The business has evolved from esthetics & waxing to massage therapy & personal training. How long were you in this business? What transition for you? 

Catering to more seasoned demographics ranging from 40-to 80 years old, that may be recovering from surgeries or injuries or even permanent physical setbacks. 

Charlotte’s Chi offers a varied and balanced approach mixing things up with yoga, TRX, weight lifting & calisthenics. Customizing for each customer to help achieve individual goals. What is success to you? 

I’d like to discuss different issues like individuals that have experienced a stroke or dealing with MS and how we can help them feel strong & great about themselves. Give us some background. 

Most recently as I have encountered a few health obstacles of my own I’m experiencing an influence on health and fitness leading to the tailoring of how we train.
